Advantage
It is mainly used in plastic steel belt conveyor and it is a supplement to the traditional belt conveyor, it overcomes the belt machine belt tear, puncture, corrosion shortcomings, to provide customers with a safe, fast, simple maintenance of transportation. Due to it’s modular plastic belt and the transmission mode is sprocket drive,So it is not easy to crawling and running deviation, the modular plastic belt can withstand cutting, collision, and oil resistance, water resistance and other properties, therefore it will reduce the maintenance problems and related cost. Different materials can play a different role in conveying and meet the needs of different environments. Through the modification of plastic materials, the conveyor belt can meet the conveying requirements of the environmental temperature between -10 degrees and 120 degrees Celsius.
Physical and chemical properties
Acid and alkali resistance (PP) :
900 ribbed mesh belt using pp material in acidic environment and alkaline environment has better conveying capacity;
Antistatic electricity:
The product whose resistance value is less than 10E11 ohms is an antistatic product. The better antistatic electricity product is a product whose resistance value is 10E6 ohms to 10E9 Ohms. Because the resistance value is low, the product can conduct electricity and discharge static electricity. Products with resistance values greater than 10E12Ω are insulation products, which are prone to static electricity and cannot be discharged by themselves.
Wear resistance:
Wear resistance refers to the ability of a material to resist mechanical wear. Wear per unit area in unit time at a certain grinding speed under a certain load;

The ability of metal materials to resist the corrosive action of surrounding media is called corrosion resistance
