II. Matters needing attention during debugging:

1, adjust the tensioning device, so that the initial tension of the two traction chain is balanced and moderate, when the initial tension is too large, it will increase power consumption; If it is too small, it will affect the normal meshing of sprocket and traction chain and increase the instability in operation. Check all running rollers for flexibility. If there are stuck rails and sliding phenomenon, should be replaced immediately or troubleshooting.

2, driving sprocket, tail wheel teeth and traction chain, whether in the normal state of engagement. If the difference is very large, can twist the active sprocket, passive sprocket bearing seat bolt, slightly adjust the active sprocket, passive sprocket center line position.

3, the equipment system after a comprehensive inspection and confirmation, conveyor equipment first no-load debugging work, after all the fault is removed, and then make 10-20 hours of no-load running test, and then load test car.

4. In operation, if there are stuck and forced mechanical friction and other phenomena of each moving component, it should be immediately excluded.

III: Matters needing attention during normal operation after debugging:

1, each lubrication point should be injected lubricant in time.

2, the operation should strive to uniform feeding, feeding the maximum size should be controlled within the specified range.

3. The tightness of the traction chain should be applicable to the degree, and the operation should be checked frequently. If necessary, the adjusting screw of the tensioning device should be adjusted.

4, should not stop and start when full load, can not reverse.

5. The reducer must be replaced with new lubricating oil after 7-14 days of operation, and can be replaced once every 3-6 months according to the situation.

6, should regularly check the groove bottom plate and chain plate conveyor bolt connection, found loose phenomenon, should be dealt with in time.

Z-type lifting conveyor no matter at any stage of operation, there are matters that need attention, and if the operator does not notice the existence of these problems, it will make the conveyor appear a series of various problems, resulting in the final early retirement of Z-type elevator.
