Conveyor wear strips are used to support and guide roller chains, conveyor belts, and products in industrial conveyor systems. They provide a low-friction sliding surface to reduce sliding resistance, chain vibration, and abrasive wear, helping protect conveyor chains, bearings, and drive components during continuous operation.

Manufactured from UHMW-PE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene), conveyor wear strips offer excellent abrasion resistance and a low coefficient of friction. UHMW-PE wear strips typically feature a dynamic coefficient of friction of 0.10–0.20, operating temperature range from -200°C to +80°C, and high impact resistance, making them suitable for demanding conveyor applications.
